Did you go to the Wedding Fair at the convention centre in January? There was this company there that makes wedding bands. They take a professional picture of your engagement ring then design a band to match…… or, they can just totally create something new just for you.
They do it all on the computer too, with laser technology its pretty cool. Here is their address:

Not sure about stone-carved, but I think you’d have to hit up some local art shops or maybe even some native craft shop and see if perhaps their artist can get in touch with you to design something (but I think that might be more out of whale bone then stone).
